Each month Dietetics Professor, Emily Shupe, opens up her kitchens in Knoblauch hall on WIU’s Campus so that the MCSRA participants can learn to make themed dishes. The recipes are designed to be easily duplicated at home. Each participant will make one of the selected recipes allowing each person to try each of the recipes at the end of the class. All left overs are sent home with the cook!
Program Fee: $7 for Macomb Residents, $9 for Non-Residents, $9 for Macomb Residents with transportation, $11 for Non-Residents with transportation.
